the ambiance is almost charming, but the overall cleanliness is just disappointing, with moldy shower curtains and strong dog barking. a complimentary upgrade or any special treatment would have been appreciated but alas, that was just a dream, I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

great spot for exploring la paz and nearby parks
the location is excellent, just a short walk to the malecon and charming eateries like Minato Sushi and Rosticeria California, making it easy to savor all that la paz has to offer while enjoying peaceful park views. The protective gated environment provided a safe and welcoming atmosphere during my stay.

missingWrote a review on 08 Novlimited breakfast
Finding the place on GPS proved challenging, partly due to unclear street signs and one-way streets. Walking to the beach with kids felt like a trek, which was less than ideal. Breakfast options needed improvement. the muffins and granola were overly sweet, the fruit choice limited to low-quality bananas and apples, and the bed offered little comfort with a hard mattress.

The outdoor dining area is appealing and cozy.
My experience was quite disappointing due to several issues with cleanliness. The room I stayed in had mold on the shower curtain and unkempt tiled edges. Additionally, the breakfast provided was utterly inedible. the coffee was bad, and the muffins were dry and flavorless. I found the barking of dogs to be quite bothersome, as the owner allows pets on the premises and my rest was frequently interrupted.

Consider asking for a room away from common areas to minimize noise from barking dogs and enjoy a quieter stay.

We had an amazing trip with friends. The owners were super inviting and provided fresh muffins, which we loved! The place is close to great diving spots that have been on Animal Planet and Discovery Channel. It really felt like home, and we’d absolutely return!
We faced some issues with room assignments that were confusing. One of our friends had to deal with constant requests to switch rooms, which made things frustrating during our stay.

Recommend it for laid-back travelers
We loved this place it was a real chill vibe and the owners are the type of people you want to hang out with. The granola and muffins in the morning were homemade and you could taste the love in em. Milt is like this walking encyclopedia and his stories were the highlight of our mornings. It was real cool too how everyone just mingled in the huge common area and it felt homey like we were all just friends hanging out.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but worth it for such a nice stay.
